Unveiling the Journey: Sana Kumar’s Path from Passion to Purpose

From excelling as a studious student in school with remarkable scores of 85% in 10th and 80% in 12th non-medical, to pursuing a Bachelor’s in Science in PCM from Meher Chand Mahajan College, my educational journey took an unexpected turn. I dreamt of a path in engineering, but my mom envisioned me as a teacher. Despite the desire to pursue B.Tech and the pressures around it, my mom noticed my knack for teaching when I helped my brother. She encouraged me, and teaching became my lifeline. Starting with offline teaching during my graduation, I moved on to Unacademy, where my teaching prowess shone with a package of 800/- per hour, but my heart yearned for Byju’s. My aim is not just professional but personal to work closely with Byju Raveendran and Divya Gokulnath, fostering a robust bond. Challenges during my graduation period impacted my studies, yet my passion for teaching intensified. Pursuing a Master’s in English from IGNOU, my dedication is indebted to my mother.

As an educator, I have carved a path marked by diverse experiences. From teaching at Sri Krishna Online Academy to tutoring on Teachmint, Doubtnut, Unacademy, and R.K Educational Institute, I have honed my skills, focusing on individual student growth and engagement. My commitment to teaching reflects in my work planning lessons, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment.

My future aspirations extend beyond teaching I envision a trajectory within Byju’s, contributing to the organization’s zenith alongside Byju Raveendran and Divya Gokulnath, maximizing my potential. With an audience of 17,419 followers on LinkedIn, I strive to provide insightful content for aspiring educators and learners like me. My unwavering belief in growth and resilience propels me to nurture a nurturing educational space where every student’s dreams flourish. At the end I would like to say that “ Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”
